Come and learn how to make authentic macarons step by step in the beautiful Cooking Studio Miele, equipped with professional equipment. On the agenda: lemon macarons with tangy lemon curd and raspberry macarons with creamy ganache. You will discover all the techniques to succeed at home (shells, macaronnage, piping, fillings, etc.). Each participant receives a Miele apron and leaves with a box of macarons made on site.
