Apérun - Special Constellations (2nd edition)

Once a month, on a Thursday evening, join the Apérun: 8 to 10 km of urban running to discover the works from the Constellations de Metz project, with a refreshment break upon arrival at Les Frigos. This friendly run is for meeting new people and is not focused on performance or speed. Required level: able to run 10 km without stopping at a pace of up to 6'30/km. Group limited to 20 people, ages 18 and up. Bring your sneakers, a change of clothes, and your motivation! The event includes a fresh beer or a soft drink on arrival and supervision.
