Pax Aedificantes (literally “Building Peace”) is an artistic installation that combines drawing, sculpture, music, and literature to pay tribute to great builders. The work is inspired by the famous Mourners of the Dukes of Burgundy (15th century), which it revisits, revealing architectural and surreal faces engraved in crystal and presented as illuminated steles. Magical!
