Ravaged by a fire on May 10, 2019, the establishment had to undergo major repair work before being able to welcome customers again. A veritable culinary institution in the center of Luxembourg City, the Brasserie Guillaume had to be redone from top to bottom, after the fire that had started in its kitchens.
