The bison farm was born Jean-François d'Hoffschmidt, an agricultural enthusiast who one day falls on this wonderful breed that is the bison. He launches with 4 other breeders a breeding and brings 200 bison from the United States and we are delighted! Today it is thanks to them that we can make a trolley ride in the prairie kisses to discover more closely this wonderful little beast (you know what we mean by small ...) or that we can attend famous Indian annual festival. If you are a meat lover you can also go to the restaurant to taste this meat that they know so well cook.
