Begin 2026 by giving your body more space to move, connect, and relax into trust with others.
This 5-class series invites you to ground your New Year's resolutions in real, shared experience on the dance floor.
“Flow in Connection” is a series of 5 Contact Improvisation technique classes, focusing on clear, repeatable tools for sharing weight, safe lifting, soft rolling, and controlled landings. Each session helps you develop confidence, ease, and creativity in your movement.
Across the series, you’ll explore:
• Weight sharing, rolling & soft landings
• Balance, Counterbalance & responsive partnering
• Safe, grounded lifting and fluid transitions
• Relaxing into trust, presence, and flow with others
These classes are open to all levels.
