Psycho-intuitive art workshop for children (ages 6 to 13)
Group of 4 to 8 children.
The workshop lasts 3 hours. This may seem long at first, but once immersed in their creativity, the children lose all track of time and often find the session too short!
Of course, everyone is free to finish early if they feel the need.
Psycho-intuitive art for children is a gentle and playful approach combining emotional expression, imagination and reconnection to oneself.
Through clay modeling, children strengthen their connection to the earth, release their blockages, learn to manage anxiety and develop their self-confidence.
Benefits of psycho-intuitive art:
- Emotional expression: putting images to emotions that are sometimes difficult to express.
- Overall development: stimulate the senses, fine motor skills and concentration.
- Self-confidence: valuing the creative process rather than the final result.
- Calming: reducing stress and promoting emotional balance.

This practice respects each child's pace and offers a safe space for exploration and non-verbal communication.
For my part, I specialize in child psychology through (among other things) neuroscience and I have been supporting them for more than 10 years.
