What is Contact Improvisation?
A creative dance practice based on listening, connection and shared movement. We explore weight, balance and flow with others — no choreography, no experience needed. Just curiosity and presence.
What to expect:
• Gentle warm-up, introduction and icebreaker games
• Open dance jam with beautiful, supportive music
• A space to explore freely, connect, and enjoy the moment with all respect.
Come as you are, move as you feel, and share a joyful spring afternoon of dance and connection.

Contribution: €20 (cash) to support studio rental and organization costs
