Inside Flow is an evolution of vinyasa yoga that uses music to deepen the practice. You will transition from one asana to the next while syncing breath and movement to modern music. Sequences are built up step by step and then brought together, choreographed to a specific song. This approach aims to harmonize body and mind and achieve a meditative state through music, breath, and movement, based on the yogic philosophy of Spanda.
