As part of the Assiettons-nous festival and L’Odyssée pour notre santé, this day of reflection and discussion explores the links between agriculture, food, the environment and health. Citizens, health professionals, farmers and people working in the field will share their perspectives. Based on morning observations and initiatives presented in the afternoon, the day invites participants to understand the obstacles, discover practical alternatives and collectively consider ways to build a healthier, fairer food system.
