Serious TopicsSerious TopicsOn the centenary of Paul Bocuse’s birth, Gautier Battistella, author of the novel « Bocuse », will be in conversation with chef Michel Roth, Meilleur Ouvrier de France and winner of the Bocuse d’Or in 1991. They will discuss Paul Bocuse’s career, personality and legacy, as well as the life of a chef, the evolution of cooking and its transmission to new generations. Extracts from the novel will be read during the event.
