A Saturday morning just for you, right after the border in Arlon, about 25 minutes from Luxembourg City. We move: a Body Ballet class with Delia in the indoor surf pool at the Van der Valk Hotel Luxembourg-Arlon. The wave is switched off, the water is 28°C, and you remain standing with the water at waist height. Strength, mobility, balance and posture, to music. No dance experience required, and you don't need to know how to swim. We relax: choose when booking between one hour at the hotel spa or a 30-minute massage. We eat: a fresh and colourful buffet lunch, all together around a large table, until 2 p.m. Small group of 20 people. Come alone or with a friend.
