Immerse yourself in the inner workings of the Cattenom power plant which, on its own, can produce 30 billion kilowatt-hours (kWh) per year, equivalent to nearly 70% of the electricity needs of the Grand Est region! You will begin this 3-hour guided tour with an educational presentation on how a nuclear power plant works. Then, equipped with a helmet and safety shoes, you will enter one of the four turbine halls with its turbo-alternator unit, at the heart of electricity production.
