Accompanied by his wife Julie, Octave moves to Paris to finish his notary studies. This serious young couple finds the quiet apartment they dreamed of. They quickly meet their neighbors, the eccentric fifty-somethings Charlie and Léon, who will make their lives unbearable. But they have no idea how far it will go… Octave and Julie are determined not to let themselves be pushed around.
