Who's The Cuban? is a French-international septet that shakes up traditions to create a bubbling blend of psychedelic rock and Afro-Cuban grooves. With a magnetic male-female vocal duo and sharp brass, they transform salsa into a modern electric trance. Somewhere between wild celebration and gentle humor, it's a real burst of tropical energy that breaks down all boundaries. Their sound mixes traditional instruments like the Cuban tres (a small guitar with three pairs of strings) with fuzz effects and sometimes synthetic bass.
