Basic Drawing and Painting Techniques

You will learn the artistic stroke with various pencils as well as the drawing and shading of everyday objects such as cutlery and glass. Additionally, you will practice depicting reflections, for example, with ice cubes, the perspective of your surroundings, and the detailed structure of an eye (human/animal), both on white and on black paper. Once you master these basic elements, the course moves on to the use of brush and palette knife. Various background techniques as well as painting with acrylic, watercolor, and pastel colors will be covered. After a group exercise (Skyline), in which everyone can apply the techniques learned, each person selects an idea they wish to paint. I will support each individual in executing their idea. The course materials can be purchased on site for a price of 70 EUR.
