The body in imbalance: understanding the signals and regaining balance

The body in imbalance: understanding the signals and regaining balance

Beauty, Sports and Peace of MindBeauty, Sports and Peace of Mind

Persistent fatigue, difficulty in losing weight, digestive problems, cravings, lack of energy, disrupted sleep, recurrent inflammations, or decreased motivation... These symptoms are often considered normal or age-related. However, they may be signs of an underlying physiological imbalance. During this workshop, participants will discover how stress, nutritional deficiencies, lack of recovery, or certain lifestyle habits can gradually disrupt the functioning of metabolism, hormones, and regulatory systems of the body. We will discuss the main imbalances commonly encountered today: slowed metabolism, chronic inflammation, insulin resistance, metabolic syndrome, hormonal imbalances, disruptions in the acid-base balance, and nutritional deficiencies. The aim will be to learn to recognize the signals sent by the body, better understand their mechanisms, and identify concrete action paths to support one's well-being on a daily basis. Open to all, this workshop will alternate between theoretical insights, practical examples, and simple tools sourced from nutritherapy, naturopathy, and lifestyle hygiene to address the causes of imbalances rather than just their consequences. Please bring a notebook, a pen, and a bottle of water.
